Microgenesis
Detail and Overall Order
Microgenesis is built through fine lines and sustained drawing. Figures, plants, vessels, and natural forms emerge within layered linear structures. Some areas are densely worked, while the composition as a whole retains clear spatial relationships and balance.
Repetition, density, inflection, and intervals determine depth, rhythm, and space. Extended periods of drawing make time integral to the structure of the work, placing detail within the overall order rather than treating precision as an end in itself.
